His corporate structure skills with private and public companies include several successful transactions by acquisition, RTO & JVs.
He is currently President and CEO, Director of FoodChek Systems Inc., a private food safety global manufacturing supplier based in Calgary, Alberta. Mr. Hogan holds the designation of ICD.D and the Directors Financial Literacy Program from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD).

Robert J. Iverach earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta and a Masters of Law from the London School of Economics. He has also been awarded the honorary distinction of Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.).
Bob was a Founding Partner of Felesky Flynn LLP, a taxation law firm in Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta from which he retired in 2005 after 28 years. Mr. Iverach is currently the Executive Vice-President (Finance and Legal) of FoodChek Systems Inc., a Director of several public corporations and Counsel with Burstall Winger LLP (a securities and corporate law firm in Calgary, Alberta). He holds the designation of ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and is an examiner for its Directors Education Program.

The Honourable Charlie Mayer brings to the Corporation an outstanding and distinguished political background with the Canadian Government as a Member of Parliament with portfolio appointments, which include Minister of Western Economic Diversification; Minister of State
– Grains & Oilseeds; Minister of State – Canadian Wheat Board; and Minister of Agriculture. Mr. Mayer was inducted into the prestigious Canadian Agricultural Hall of Fame in November 2005. Mr. Mayer is a Director of FoodChek Systems Inc., a former Chairman of the Boards of Agronix Inc. and Teilhard Inc. and a former Director of Canada Bread Company Limited and CARE Canada.

Mr. Douglass attended the University of Alberta studying Agricultural Economics and Rural Sociology. His broad business development and management experience began with his family farm to which he added custom farming services as well as education to farmers on hedging.
Mr. Douglass spent ten years in Russia, five as a missionary in Siberia and five in South Russia with an agricultural project. Mr. Douglass handled a multitude of elements of the project, such as design, funding, importing machinery, training and providing farm services in four provinces.
Mr. Douglass has ten years in financial services in Canada, including fundraising, lease finance, and life insurance. Mr. Douglass is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Can-Cal Resources, which provides the material for Candeo Lava Products Inc. Mr. Douglass has also been an advisor for ten years with MEDIC Canada, a charitable group focusing on micro-loans to individuals, farming cooperatives, and schools in Africa.

Mr. Young attended the University of Saskatchewan earning a Degree in Public Administration; he also obtained a diploma in Investment Finance from the Canadian Securities Institute.
Mr. Young has worked in the Construction Materials business for over 28 years in positions of Logistics as well as Sales and Marketing. Mr. Young is also President of Colexky Ventures Ltd. providing environmentally friendly solutions to the construction industry. He also oversees operations of Colexky Concrete Restoration providing permanent solutions to concrete repair.
